Valle di Mare Resort does not provide organised entertainment but rather offers a peaceful atmosphere where guests can leave behind the stresses of everyday life. Some of the most important historical and archaeological sites in Sicily are within easy reach, including Siracusa, Noto and Pantalica (United Nations World Heritage Sites). Furthermore, the nature reserve of Vendicari and the protected coastal area of Plemmirio are just a short distance away.
The Restaurant
We take particular pride in our restaurant which offers traditional local and regional dishes and a fine selection of Sicilian wines. The restaurant is situated within the resort gardens, close to the swimming pool and overlooks the olive groves and the backdrop of hills that dominate the valley.
During the evenings, guests can enjoy the magical, relaxing ambience of the restaurant, pizzeria, poolside piano and cocktail bar or take an ice-cream at “La Terrazza”. Our restaurant is listed as one of the restaurants recognised by the Italian Association Celiachia (gluten free food).
Accommodation
All of the rooms are located within the gardens and comprise of 21 classic rooms and 8 superior rooms (bedroom and small lounge). All of the rooms include air-conditioning, satellite television, safety deposit box, mini-bar and hairdryer.
Easily located, just 3 Km from the Cassibile exit on the A18. Noto is 15 Km away whilst Siracusa is just a 15 minute drive and Catania Airport 45 minutes.
